Hi Vivek, the rate for 2bhk would be around 13.99 to 25 lakhs and for 3bhk would be around 25 lakhs. 2bhk would come around size 625 sq ft and 3bhk would come around 985 sq ft.
@Ramesh: What is the current stage of the project. What is the credibility of the Builder and project. Are there any other projects near this one. The nearby market, transport, mall availability.
