After visiting the Sample flat of Dil Chahata hai, I just got the flash back of a dialog from the movie "Munna Bhai MBBS"... ."Abe ye room tho shuru hone se pehele hi khatam ho gaya" ( the room got over before getting started). worthless micro mini small rooms being sold at the name of compact homes, remote jungle location with no connectivity and guess what the carpet area is so small 440 sqft for a 2 BHK !!!. They think customers are fools. They say its smart flats...I would say to them that better keep the flats to urselfs . Worthless Project, Did not expect this from Sriram. Selling for 2650 as base rate and taxes extra… guess what the 440 carpet flats finally goes till 32 lacks… they trying to make fools of people by booking a big resorts for customer visits. Better go for other projects…there are many in that vicinity.
