Information about Unique Easter Breeze
Q: There is hardly any info available about this project. Has anyone heard about this project?

I agree that there is hardly any info available over the net but I have done some research about the project. The project offers 44 units with a combination of 2 and 3 bhk apartments and the project is expected to get completed by 2015.
Unique Eastern Breeze is a BBMP approved, 2 & 3 bhk apartments also providing OC and has an A Khata. This is built with no deviation and the project is planned to complete by april-2015. The Price is Rs.3799/sft and we are offering discount upto 10% depending upon the mode of payment (only for few flats). Project is approved by most of the leading banks for loan. As of now availability is 19 units out of total 44 flats.
