Whom to pay?
Q: I am asked to pay the booking amount or Malaga Project to M/S Yashna Properties Pvt. Ltd. ( not Groupco or Groupco Yash as advertised). Mr. Hem , MD-Groupc explained that this new company is opened as special vehicle for managing Malaga project. Please advise.

Latest Answer: Dears, Malaga project is delayed for more than 3 years now and i am seeking refund for the builder but instead of paying me back they are just giving me payments date from last 8 months... Please advise!
