confusion about buying a flat in wagholi
Q: we are planning to buy a 2bhk flat in neo city wagholi.is it worthwhile to buy a flat in wagholi area? is it a good project?is there a bright future of it or we look for more projects?

@Lucky : Neo City is located in Wagholi and is in close proximity to nearby areas. Wagholi is strategically located on the Pune-Nagar Highway, it is also close to the Kharadi IT hub.Developers started exploring Wagholi as a potential location around 2007 due to heavy demand by flat buyers. Since then, Wagholi has witnessed a capital appreciation of 5 to 7 percent annually.
