Q: We have following-up with the Adroit District|S in Thalambur, Navalur (3 kms off OMR-Navalur junction) sales team since 4-5 months and we got assurance from Mohan Raj, Adroit Assistant Sales Manager that the 3BHK apartment we finalised will be blocked until Saturday when we spoke on Thursday. Based on that, we went on Saturday to book the apartment. But they have mentioned the apartment was already booked 2 days back. The Sales Manager Pramila was very rude and unsupportive. Her boss MD Gaurav has said it is being dealt by Pramila and he did not interfere or even attempt to seek apology for the miscommitment from his team. We are very unhappy with keeping up the commitments and managing the expectations from the customer. The first impression with Adroit is not good and we are not confident on Adroit regarding their future commitments/expectations to the customers.
