Documents to Verify while buying a resale property
Q: Hi, I am planning to buy a resale property in CHD avenue sohna road gurgaon the possesion of which has been given by the builder 6 months ago. I am also going to take a loan from bank for the same. Please guide me as to which all documents needs to be verified before commencing with the deal. Thanks Varun.

Thanks everyone for sharing such useful information :) especially Antara for listing down all the documents required for purchasing a resale property. I want to ask two more questions : 1) How does one verify if there are any loans going on against the property or not? 2) Is khata certificate required in gurgaon as well as I read online that is required only in bangalore. Please guide me regarding the above two questions as well. Sector road from Subhash chowk to CHD avenue sector 71
Q: Hi Everyone, I am planning to buy a resale property in CHD avenue sohna road gurgaon. Ive been told by the builder and property dealers that there is 60 ft wide sector road which is going to come up from subhash chowk to CHD avenue in a years time. As of now the entrance is from the back side of the village which doesnt have a good approach. I wanted to know that how can I confirm whether this road is going to be constructed or not and if yes then by when would it be completed.

I have checked with the property owners as well even they arent sure as to when is the road going to come. i guess going to the corporation is the only way out for checking the sameThanks Seekha.
