Q:
I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
They entertain booking and give documents only if you shell out the initial down payment . After payment if you find out that the documents are not proper, how will you get back the amount?

they asked to pay 1 lakh as initial payment and promised to give documents in 2 days......
they also told that 2 lakhs can be paid within 20 days so that we will have 18 days time to verify our documents.....
but, then have given the documents on 20th day ..... leaving no time for verification.
there is no board at site.....
every imformation in website is wrong i.e location, sft
