Hi Guys, I am one of the owner of Sumadhura Sawan. I would say better to stay away from them… Their management is really bad. Even after 1 year of possession and residents are already staying in their flats from last 10-11 months, but Sumadhura Management is not able to complete the construction. Still lot of issues are going on.. As a SSOWA Association, we are facing so many issues from Mr. Bharath. He is not able to fulfill any of the promise. Already their is a delay in this project (more than 2 years). Builder is more interested in new projects now. Swimming pool is of bad quality and design, water body is only for show purpose with faulty design, main gate has faulty design. We, association members are struggling to take handover from builder.
