Hi, I have also booked 1 bhk flat in Puranik phase 3. We were promised possession on dec 2013. I dont think Puranik will be able to give possession until next 4/5 months. Hello Gagan, I will be more than happy if they can give possession in May 14. In my agreement it is written as Dec 13. They missed that deadline. I visited site today.
