How eithical if builder is charging extra for Parking
Q: Hi , Is this ethical business if builder charging extra for car parking & if this charges are not mentioned in the Agreement , suddenlty at the time of final demand letter if builder is not giving final demand letter unless and until customer need to pay parking charges.

Hi Bhalchandra, we are facing the same issue. We have booked a flat at thane and rustomjee is not giving us possession unless we pay separate parking charges.
