Dear Rohit, Thanks for the reply. But the phase 1 of the project is approved. I have booked in Phase 2. As per the feedback I got from all the banks exceutive, that they dont have their file ready and the sanctions from goverment. Even I am asking them for the legal documents since booking, But their executive is not co-operating for the same. This is the reason I am feeling bit insecured.
