HDIL WHISPERING TOWER DELAY AND ADDITIONAL DEMAND FOR MONEY, PLUS THEY NEED BLACK- STOP ALL PLEASE
Q: DEAR OWNER OF WHISPERING TOWER -HDIL, One has to speak now loudly rather than whispering. It is already 2 years over, no progress, just last month they started some activities, also heard they demand more for car park 7 lakh, than the agreed amount of 5 lakh during booking. Hi you can also join the commonfloor's Owners group and can discuss your issues in a closed group. This will help you to unite and come on a conclusion efficiently
I have also booked flat in HDIL Whispering Tower at Mulund. In Sept 13, they sent letter demanding instalment against progress in construction. Major deviations are 1) Flat area increased without any official communication. 2) Car parking is made compulsory. Money to be paid in cash openly without any remorse. Also threatening & coercing to pay for car parking immediately else rate will go up. They have already hiked the parking charges from 4.5L originally to 7L now for single car park and to 14L for stack parking for two cars. 3)Not ready to sign agreement till you pay black money for parking. 4)Payment schedule is altered in their favour. 5)Demanding payment against unofficially revised payment schedule. Have you received any response from any member ? What action are you contemplating. Regards,
