Has anyone really got possession of their plot
Q: I have booked plots in phase 5. I am not sure what the developer is upto. Does anyone have an update? Veracity Landmark Developers, Emerald Valley project in Tamhini ghat

Hi Aashish, I am Mr. Saharsh Yande, I have booked 2 plots in Phase 6, and as per the agreement I should get the possession in Dec 2014 max. I have paid 2 yrs EMI till date and now they have stopped taking my EMI. I am aware that there has been a delay in all process due to GOVT approvals and now they have started the work with great force. I had visited the Venue in Mid Jan 14. I saw the plotting for Phase 1, 1b, 3 etc. I think they cant do any fraud with so many people. And we will get the possession surely even if it gets delayed. Thanks for the information . We also booked a plot in Phase 6 .
