Purchase of re-sale property @ Gem Grove?
Q: Hi, I am planning to purchase a re-sale apartment at Gem Grove. Therefore it would be helpful if somebody could advise/educate me on the current reality of this apartment (maintenance / water supply / amenities provided / etc). Hope your comments would definitely influence my decision making. Thanks....

Hello Blooshee, It seems the project has got approval from CMDA and all the major banks. But while researching I have come across few negative reviews about the builder, so I would suggest you to visit the project once before buying a property here. Thanks Javed for your reply, by the way I have seen the site couple of times and since it is a resale apartment every thing is finished and in its place. But thing I need to know is about whether the builder is delivering what he has promised.
