The skyline group is at present developing 8 million square feet of premium residential space. Within the next five years, it intends to develop 25 million square feet. They have entered the real estate market in many cities like Mysore, Mangalore, Chennai, Cochin and Bangalore. My name is Madhu Kurian and I am a resident of Bangalore. I work with HCL Technologies, Ulsoor Road office.
I was planning to buy an apartment from Skyline in their Exaltus project. Before deciding, wanted to check your opinion on the builder. Could you please let me know if you had faced any issues with Skyline during the Ambrosia project.
I own an apartment with Puravankara and hence I understand the delays etc, but other than minor delays, did you have any issues with the builders such as not delivering some amenities at all or delays beyond 2 years etc? Thanks.

From a busy day of work to have recreational activities is indeed necessity where in they feature Basic facilities include indoor games room, Swimming pool, basket ball post, table tennis, pool table, multipurpose rooms. The kitchen is made up of Granite platform with stainless steel sink and dado up to 2 feet height. Terrace apartment starts from 1,520 square foot and Penthouse starts from 1,657 square foot. Its a very peaceful area where after day work where we can spent time with family and place is not deserted where if we wanna go out and chill out they have nice places to visit. One main feature about the project is that it is quite satisfactory for clients as well as the environment. This project has high quality of design, construction and landscaping that is also eco-friendly. Some of the eco-friendly features. I want to buy a 3 bhk apartment with super built up area of around 1600 to 1800 sq ft. My family is me, my spouse, 2 kids (6 yrs and 2 yrs) and parents may stay frequently. Which is better: (a) high raise luxury apartment with all amenities like swimming pool, tennis court, club house, gym, badminton court, play area, large lung space etc or (b) low raise plain vanilla apartment with nil or minimal amenities (eg. gym or club house only).

The vision of Skyline is to exceed customer’s expectations of safety, quality, teamwork and service via leadership and integrity.I don't understand how people in other foup discussion talk bad about the service when construction is still going on.
