Mega Housing Scheme in Visakhapatnam
Q: Hi I heard that Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority is coming up with new housing schemes?

My comments to replies
The new price per square feet is Rs 2,170 for all the units in Haritha project. The original price was Rs 1,719 per sq ft and the difference amount will have to be paid by the allottees i.e after the interest paid on the amount paid so far is deducted.
Dear All.. is it worth to keep this project as an investment for a period of 4 to 5 years down the line from now... pls advise...
