I am also a victim of Decent Colonizer Fraud. Now, i want to share some information regarding the status of case filled in Dwarka North (EOW) with FIR No.530/14.
Investing officer is Mr. Satya Prakash (S.I.)
The complaint case no. 461/1/14 via (Mr. Virendra Kumar Mehra vs Decent Colonizer Pvt. Ltd.) has been proceeding in the courtroom of Sir Sh. Vivek Kumar Gulia (Metropolitan Magistrate).
The proceeding had been done on following dates:
1) dated 01/10/2015
2) dated 28/10/2015
3) dated 18/11/2015
4) dated 16/12/2015
5) Next Proceeding is on Dated 13/01/2016.
