How is the Construction quality and builder Feedback of Soorya serenity?
Q: Is it a Good Venture? Any probibilty of getting Rents in this area as we are looking for investment Purpose?

Horamavu is located in North Bangalore which is developing rapidly. The locality is easily accessible from major destinations of the city. The locality is quite developed and is still in the phase of developing. The Real Estate sector is also developing along with the development of the area. Hormavu is undoubtedly well-connected to the complete city. It is located 2 kms from Outer Ring Road. ITPL, Whitefield and Nagavara are hardly 5-10 km away. Hormavu is also approachable via the rail and air transports. Horamavu is sourounded by Kalyan Nagar, Ramamurthy Nagar, Church Street, Kuvempu Nagar, Dooravani Nagar etc. You can expect good rentals or appreciation from this locality.
How much is the average Sq feet charge in that area?
