i have booked a flat in building number 16,in 2011,and still waiting for the possession.
Q: i have booked a flat in building number 16,in 2011,and still waiting for the possession,can some body tell me,what is the problem with this project delay.hope we get possession sooner or later,we are very very sad

Builder is using all wrong ways...he should give honestly & legally all compensation amount. It's bound to him to co-operate to flat owners. 2 yrs delay to get flat nd still lot of work not completed.Builder is using all wrong ways...he should give honestly & legally all compensation amount. :( I bought a flat in Building no 13 , possession was supposed to be given by 31st Mar 2012. We are still waiting...I am living in the same society on rent. I am in loss wrt to Rent I am paying every month due to non-possession...and the interest every month which I am paying to Bank.
Hi.... I also bought flat in Build 14 but still waiting for possession.... to get compensate amount..what u did.? nd how much amount will get ? If builder is resisting then we should gather together & file a complaint in Consumer court.
