Is sathanur a good place to invest for buying plot in bangalore within a budget of 7-8 lakhs and with what appreciation

Hello Mudassar, Are you looking for long tern investment or short term investment? According to me, Sathanur will be good for long term investment and not for short team. You can expect good appreciation after may be 3-4 years from this locality.
Thank you Kailesh for your reply. Actually Im looking for a short term investment ...lets say maximum 2 years with decent appreciation...Could you advise a more suitable area and what would be the approximate appreciation in 2 years.

If you are looking fir investment purpose and if it is possible to increase your budget from Rs 8 lakhs to Rs 10 lakhs then you can buy a plot either in Hosur road or in Attibele road. Investment in these areas will be fruitful also.
Thanks Lakshya. Appreciate the feedback. Do you mean any particualr stretch along Hosur road or Attibele and how much would be the appreciation approx. in 2 years. What would be the main factors involved.
