My comments to replies
Our flat is west facing, 1198 sft. We plan to sell it off as we want to move to secunderabad. We expect Rs4,000/-. We are selling it in the same shape as how it is being handed over to us. If you are interested, we could move this forward. Our flat is on the fourth floor in D block.
