Hi,I have visited "Vanshee builder" current ongoing project near to Marathahalli bridge, opposite to Kalamandir.. can somebody have information about this builder and their quality of construction and any other information that would be helpful? Current ongoing project name: Vanshee citadel G+3 and total 40 units and all are 2 BHK units onlyOnce again, requesting for reviews on this builder. Thanks in advance, rao

I am also planning to buy a flat there but did not visit the site so far.
How do you feel the quality of construction so far?
At present only HDFC and Karnataka Banks are only approving the loans for this. Any idea why is that so? If I want to take loan from LIC or SBI will I get the approval? Are the property documents fine?

Hi, Even I am also planning to book a flat there. But, I am really doubtful about the documents and all. And it seems they have just applied for A Khata from BBMP and they told me that they will get it in three months. Also, they were in a hurry for the booking amount. Would appreciate more information from anyone.

I also interested in this project. But I visited their last projects (Solitaire near railway bridge and Viceroy apartments on tulasi road) and heard very worrying things (legal isues,plan changes, no-khatha even now, huge delays) . Not sure how true. Request you also to visit these projects and post what you hear. Will decide based on that.

I am also planning to buy a flat in Vanshee Citadel. However, basic cost they are quoting is Rs 4,500 per sq. feet. Is that correct market price? We asked them to give price as Rs 3,500 per sq. feet. But they are asking to book with advance first and not confirming with the price. Please advise.
