NO GDA approvals for Panchsheel wellington projects
Q: I had booked a flat one year back in panchsheel wellington in Tower5 in 17th floor but up to now there is no GDA approval they got. so due to this bank loans are not processing . so please tell me when they will get GDA approval .

Hi All .. I am also facing the same issue Tower-6, 12th floor. Builder every month say for the next month , what will be next, should we meet all together ? My loan was approved from HDFC.
