BBMP Khata B Properly
Q: I am planning to purchase "Balaji Sunflower" 3 BHK flat. AS per the properly dealer communication, The area where the construction is going on it is "A" Khata but when I will by the flat the it would be transfer individually with my name as "B" Khata. Please let me what is cause. Should I purchase this properly.

I checked this apartment sometime back, and wanted to purchase, but Has anyone checked the documents if the titles are clear ? Why is it even after a year still so many units are unsold in this project ? Any issues with the builder or land or documents ?
