Skyline Exaltus - Project Approval status
Q: I had booked an apartment in this project in April-2012. I wanted to know if anyone had taken bank loan, if so from which bank. Also from one of forum, I got to know this project was named "Orange County" before five years, but the project was stopped due to some reasons ? Any information why the project was stopped earlier.

Even we are facing the similar issues. i and my relatives have booked multiple flats in the project and paid installments. Now as they have unnecessarily delayed the project too much, we want to cancel our bookings but they are not ready to refund the money . Last week i visited the site and spoke to some workers there and found out that the work has started and the contract has been given to some Hyderabad Contractors and the deadline for the completion is two years as of now provided the concrete and iron is suppllied to them on time. Dear Mr Ashish. The past month saw huge problems concerning the state-wide sand-truckers’ strike. Our production has been hit to a great extent by this unforeseen issue. Our reserve resources were exhausted in just 4 working days. This project was known as Orange County, but has been renamed to Skyline Exaltus. The legal procedure following this change of name had taken a long time. The work has been re-instated. We are targeting to deliver the project by mid 2015.
