Am planning to take a house on rent in this complex....wanted to enquire about water issues.
Q: I have heard that because of not having OC, there are water issues in the building and water is currently supplied by tanker. I just want to find out if the people living there are facing any on ground practical problems with this arrangement. e.g. are there days when the tanker doesnt come and there is water shortage. I love the house and would like to live here but what I've heard about water issues are scaring me a little. If anyone is currently living here, please do give me some on-ground feedback about the situation.

Hi, I suppose. (Apparently they have yet to get an occupancy certificate because they didn't obtain the required clearances from the environment ministry). So, it will be better for you to visit the building and ask the some owners of that building. If you will ask the builder and their representative they won't give you the correct information about the issues because they have to sale their property.
Thanks for your response Shrikant! I also have similar thoughts. My current plan is to just visit the building and try to see if I can meet any of the current residents and ask them about the water issues.
