They are not gibing possession before December end 2018. To get the construction details up to December 2015 open the link and scroll, you himself can get an idea that when is the flat going to complete. Earth Gracia, Noida Extn. Sector-1

Did you also book a flat with Earth Gracia, i have booked a flat with them where in have already made 50% of the payments. Till December 2015, they didn't start the construction work. It means the project is still in hold. I am worried about the status of Earth Gracia and not getting the latest information. Has the construction work started or still obstructed? Does anybody know if the case is going to drag on? How difficult is to exit now from here when it is 50% bank financed?
