Lake View sales review.
Q: Most flats in Lake Vihar were already sold by previous builder, MLDC Muniraju. Now they are being re-sold and are all disputed cases. Anyone buying should be careful to check the previously signed agreement.

I am planning to book an apartment here. These above claims makes me think again. If its disputed land how is it approved from SBI ( If OS numbers are filed then SBI cant give loan).
