My comments to replies
I heard that the materials used in the construction are sourced from Sobha and hence quality is going to be good in its class. I liked the floor plan though the apartments in the middle block are not well laid out. Else the space is good enough.
Mistaken. Except bricks ( bricks from Shoba) rest is from lowest priced products available in market.
