covered by slums from all 4 sides
Q: its totally blunder project, still higher floor construction is going, while we booked it was said that possession will be in 2010, and all slums will be cleared but i don t think it will happen till 2016..2017. it is covered from all sides by slums and sra building is just 8 feet adjacent to evershine cosmic. sra building people will be viewer for swimming pool users. hope all slums will clear, as its very difficult to get through entrance which is covered by all slum tapori over there, its really difficult to stay there till slums are cleared. we have decided to give the flat on rent whenever we get the possession.

Dear Rohan, you are absolutely right. The only way out is for buyers NOW to get together and understand from the builders what is the 0problem and how can we get our flats....
Hi Avanti, How is the situation now? Has the property got the OC now?
