Cheated on Possession Date? It was different before and after booking.
Q: I have booked flat at Casa Rio-Persiana, At the time of booking they said possession will be given in Oct 2013, then on tentative date is also mentioned as Oct 2013. But on Stamp Duty registration paper it's mentioned Oct 2014 and with 1 Year grace period. Each and every time they are making fool. Also they have promised after registration they will provide us coupons but nothing happened as per discussion. Those who are facing same issue please share and will form association and will take some action against this cheat.
