LB Nagar residential house for sale
Q: I want to know know whether there will be any increase in the land price in Hyderabad after formation of new Telangana state & after elections? I want to sell my 200 SqYrds residential house in LB Nagar, Hyderabad. Should i sell it now or should I wait for some time, as real estate rates are all time time low now? And what price can I expect?

Latest Answer: Hey Jim, L B Nagar is a very good locality in Hyderabad City. Near to Kotta Peta Fruit Market and market area, hospital and vegetable market and register office. Inner ring roads and or ring road and highways also. And good neighbourhood and good theatres and bus station also is there. Good educational zone and peaceful area. I think you should wait some more time to sell. You will get good returns in future.
