Can you please clarify whether you got the land clearance for the project "Shubhkamna lords". What I heard from some of the dealers that still you have not completed the full payment of land, please clarify. Please send me your response

Hi, i had a word with the sales executive they said , they have all the clearance. i know they wont be saying inside information . I think, if you have not invested yet..As per my knowledge the builder is good and they have completed 3 projects in noida sec 44,62 & 50 and one in Gurgaon.
as on Feb 2014, units underwritten by Indiabulls Distribution Service Ltd have finance option available from the following banks. Canara bank, UCO Bank, Axis Bank, ICICI bank, DHFL, Tata Capital, Corporation Bank
which are the banks that have approved the project?
