All clearance related documents are available for inspection by customers of underwritten units. Hi, i had a word with the sales executive they said , they have all the clearance. i know they wont be saying inside information . I think, if you have not invested yet..As per my knowledge the builder is good and they have completed 3 projects in noida sec 44,62 & 50 and one in Gurgaon.
as on Feb 2014, units underwritten by Indiabulls Distribution Service Ltd have finance option available from the following banks. Canara bank, UCO Bank, Axis Bank, ICICI bank, DHFL, Tata Capital, Corporation Bank

As per site visit on January 2014 project's possession will take a minimum of 1.5 years with a variable fitment period of +.5 year
