Q: Does anyone know about Sun Gates, Malad East?? Is it good project??? Or suggest me other good under construction project between malad - dahisar.

Hi, I have invested in the same project but the work going on is minimal and it is getting delayed eternally. I have paid 30% to the builder. I just have the allotment letter with me and no other documents. I would suggest you to go for other project in the vicinity..

I would suggest not to invest in this project. This project is is just lying from past 2 years with no construction. Builder just has our hard earned money. Still project is not at having permission for construction.
