I am looking to buy property from them.
They are offering really low/cheap prices.
From what I understand they were doing marketing for many builders/realestate, but only now venturing into construction by themselves.
Has anyone else researched them? Do they have enough backup? are they reliable and trustworthy?
These r fraud builders... Just call SBI or any other nationalized banks and say you want loan for buying a property of these builders... and they ll tell u the exact thing that all of them r blacklisted... They don't have any approvals and not even the land is in their name... Cross verify the documents from any lawyer and you ll come to know...
Wait and collect some money and invest in any reliable builder and go for some lesser sqft... don't fall in this honey trap...these guys will run away with your moneyThese r fraud builders... Gruha Kalyan and TGS constructions seems to be one. Kindly verify there details and project and sites. As I doubt both are making money from the pre-launch offers and will run once pressure builds up....

BBMP BDA or any other approval obtained by Gruha Kalyan for any of its project ?
