I have a duplex in Shamirpet what is the prospect of its price increasing in Telengaqna.
Q: I have a duplex in Shamirpet purchased in 2009. After the creation of Telengana is there any chance of its price increasing.

Latest Answer: @Achyut Ranjan Kukherjee: The prices of real estate in Hyderabad will zoom up to match with those in Bangalore & Chennai. So I think this is right time to do some investment there, as you can expect double returns in future.
