Q: I would like to hear the owners views on this property. Is there any thing that is a cause for concern before buying?

First thing, there is no Water facility, have to rely on lorry water and pay for the same. Quality of construction is very very poor and sub standard. MD, Management are very rude and arrogant and irresponsible, think twice before you take here.
