Q: This 59-acre project is located off Mysore road in the South of Bangalore. This area is slated for development due to its proximity to NICE corridor and its easy connectivity to Electronic City, Tumkur Road, Bannerghatta Road and other parts of Bangalore through NICE road and Mysore Road.

It has Rishab River Behind (Risheb gutter) smells badly.. Pls. check for couple of days during evenings between 4-10 PM before you finalise purchase.
