but there are concerns on Crossing republik being 3 sided sorrounded with Dumping ground ( court case in Supreme court), Sewage treatment plant beside golf course and a Crabon polluting factory across the nh24. these three sorroundings are giving a big hit to its future pollution , hygeine and locality. Also its appreciation came on a snail pace after noida extension got a clearance in High court . So Noida extension picked up slowing it down. Indrapuram is hotter place but with lesser planned infra but more accessible. I still feel in future dumping ground and sewage plants can raise a big question on price appreciation and may even depreciate a bit. Its my opnion but yes socitey is too good in its infra and connectivity no doubt.
