I would suggest you stay away from any Suvastu properties. They seem to have a severe cash crunch. I cancelled my booking in Kings Square and after 7 months, Suvastu has still not refunded my booking amount. I have had two cheques which bounced and I'm taking the legal route.

Does any one know what is the status of the MAX Sindhoor project. I have invested in it .
Q: Does any one know what is the status of the MAX Sindhoor project. I have invested in it and they have told there's a case going on. This has been pretty much their story since 2011.
