I could not connect to anyone in misty waters, but it seems that if I have to buy an apartment here, it would be form a dealer and not the owner/ builder. Unishire Belvedere seems to be in my price range and have decent construction. However, I do not have any idea about the builder- past record, project quality/ finishing, timely completion, etc. Would appreciate more information on it.
