Latest review for Emami Swanlake, Hyderabad ?
Q: Hi Gautam here, Can anyone give me proper review for Emami Swanlake. I am interested in 2 BHK 1133 sft, being quoted by builder at 3690 INR per sft... plus the extras...reviews regarding development scope, power/electricity, water quality & effects of its close proximity to Gulf Oil Explosives subsidiary, etc.

Looks like the project has been delayed. I have also booked a flat in this project and paid 90% of the amount but now I am left wondering when it will be completed.
Hi Dev, The project looks good, but I have few queries. How is the progress of the project ? When are they giving possessions of your flat ? I heard that they are giving possession from Top to Bottom and about 300 flats by October end. Is it true ? How about the ClubHouse, I believe its still in raw stage.
