Planning to buy 6 year old flat
Q: I'm Planning to buy flat in kaggdaspura Bangalore which is 6 year old and the total apartment is build on plot area of 2570 SQft. Is it advisable to buy such flat? Each floor has 2 flats .it is B-katha ,will there be legal issue in future as the plot area is 2570 Sqft.Please advice.

Hey Siva, You can convert your property from B Khata to A Khata by paying betterment charges. :) :)
Yes i can do that but the issue is the plot size is less than specified legal area 4000sft. There will be hefty fine along with betterment charges as it is not legal
