JAYPEE GREENS KOSMOS
Q: Hello, I just want to know the progress for JAYPEE Kosmos tower 2 & also wants to know the expected possession date for the same. I am confused whether Jaypee's project is a good choice or I had make mistake. I don't understand why they are delaying the project.

Like any other builder, jaypee is not different. Project was due on Dec'12, and now possession date is something around June'15, so 2.5 yrs late, and that even not sure if they deliver it by May'15. Not to say about customer care executive, you keep dialing there number ,and if you are LUCKY some one will pick up or just in vain. JAYPEE management is simply a liar and fraud.Like any other builder, jaypee is not different.
