what should i do since many time i asked the builder what is the progress of this project? they never replied.
Q: i had booked flat in livia jan 2012 till now no work is done on this site and even 30% of money is given to builder what can we do now?

I think the builder is waiting for approvals still.. and it may be delayed for long time. Had u checked the documents and got them verified before booking?
