Hi All, Yes, after a lot of thinking and research, we have bought a 3BHK flat in Candeur Rise. Initially we were told that we'll get possession by December-2016 (and we thought that they would stretch to April-2017), but now it is looking that they really will give possession by August-2016. Yes, they have all the approvals (BBMP, BESCOM, BWSSB, Fire department, Airport Authority etc.) plus many bank have approved them, including SBI (our loan is from SBI). We have also shown all the documents provided by them to our lawyer and he also approved.
