Buying property in BM Homes, Thubarahalli, Bangalore
Q: Hi, I am planning to book a 2BHk flat in BM Homes.I have been to the site & taken a look but like any other buyer I am skeptic about legality & hidden charges in buying the property. Can anybody help me please. Regards, VIkram

Hi Vikram, I am planning to buy a penthouse in this project but they are telling me that the penthouse wont be approved by BBMP and I can take loan from only SBI. Will it be a good idea to go for this deal?
Hi Dipten, I will advice you to to not risk your hard earned money into a place which is not approved by Govt Authorities like BBMP. I also doubt SBI loan aproval there as a bank like SBI wont approve any such loan which is for a non-Govt approved property. Regarding flats, I have heard that its BBMP approved so I am thinking of investing there but still need to verify a lot of things.

By the way, did you had chance to see the penthouse in BM Homes? Which floor & which block were they on? i didnt see.. & I read this somewhere "..........For example, it has become common among builders to build one extra floor over and above the sanctioned floors and name the units in this floor as Pent House!. Yet another illegal practice is to add one more floor in the form of duplex."
