Hi, I recently joined this group. I have a plot in Mahidhara central. I would like to know from the plot owners if we have approached either mahidhara or outside builders for construction. When i apporached asking them to construct as part of phase 2, the initial cost quoted was high, They never reverted back with a revised price when i asked them to relook. They did not have any serious plans for a phase2. So i would like to know if some of you approached them. Who has recently visted and if anyone can share updates on the development, it will be good. Also i gave them a feedback to send regular updates and send an invite for house hand over so that all of us connect. But this suggestion has gone to deaf ears since 3 years now. I also wanted to have connect with all of house and plot owners once. It will be great if we all can team up and meet once. In 3 years , i have never met anyone.Hi, I recently joined this group.
