I had purchased site in JR housing layout. These people are not reliable and often make lots of promises while buying the site. Later on they dont even pick phone when you call then to find out why there is problem in the layout. The sites in layouts are in joint development and not sure how they are getting BMRDA approval, there are not proper road, the layouts have private lands inside the layout which was told to me as secure gated community when i purchased land. Overall the builder is not professional at all. They are charging premium prices for the layout by saying so many amenities but that never happen and you are always in loss. The roads have been broken, no security in the layout, boundary wall is broken from several places.
